The California Department of Public Health has warned of "serious damage" from the mobile phone.

2- Avoid using your mobile phone when it transmits high levels of radio frequencies: This occurs when the signal is weak (only one or two strips of service), and if you are in a fast car, avoid broadcasting audio or video or downloading large files or sending them.
 
3- Do not sleep with the phone near your head, unless you do it on airplane mode, and you must place it at least a few meters away.
4- Take off the headset when not in contact: The headphones emit a small amount of radio frequency even when you are not using your phone, so although it is better than carrying the phone to the head level, you should limit exposure to radio frequency as much as possible.
5- Do not rely on "radiation shield" or other products that claim to block radio frequency energy, electromagnetic fields or radiation from cell phones: According to the US Federal Trade Commission, any product that interferes with the phone signal may cause it to operate more seriously and may emit higher energy From radio frequency to keep in touch, which is counter-productive.
The report also states that children are more at risk than adults, because their brains and bodies are so much smaller and less developed that the same amount of radio frequency has a greater impact on them.
